Ordering and Shipping
Can I return my products?
I do not accept returns.
These sets are handmade, custom sized per person. For that reason, once created they cannot be resold to another client.
If there's an issue with your order, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we can review options. This may include a partial refund or store credit. This is solely up to my discretion and is not guaranteed.
The only instance in which a full refund will be issued is if an order is cancelled before production begins. If you need to cancel your order please contact me ASAP or you run the risk of missing the production cutoff.
If there are any hesitations whatsoever about ordering from me please contact me before placing your order!

Can I request a custom set not listed on the site?
Yes, yes, yes! If you have a vision, I'd love to make it come to life.
Just fill out my Custom Order Form and include as much detail as possible with your inspo photos.
I will reach out within 3 business days to discuss.
Please note, custom sets begin at $65. Additional cost varies based on your requested customizations.
The $65 deposit will be charged at time of order. You will be invoice for any additional costs after we confirm a design plan.
Payment must be made before production will begin.
If you decide not to move forward with the set during the design process you will be refunded the deposit minus design time cost.
This service is the heart of my business and I would love to make a one-of-one piece of art with you!
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 5-10 business days for your press-on nail order to be processed and handmade. If you only purchased nail accessories, those typically ship within 3 business days.
Rush Orders add ons are available if you need your order sooner! Your order is pushed to the front of the line and will be processed in 2-4 business days. Add this to your cart before placing your order!
Shipping times vary based on the option you select at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Keep in mind that once your package leaves my studio, delivery timelines are in the carrier's hands.
Planning for a special occasion? I always recommend ordering early just in case!
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping (3-8 business days) - $6.99
Express Shipping (1-2 business days) - 16.99
Free standard shipping available for orders $65+.
How does local delivery work?
Local delivery is available for addresses within a 3 mile radius of downtown Chicago.
Type in a local address at checkout and local delivery will populate only if you are eligible.
If you select this option I will reach out to you to arrange delivery. If you miss your delivery window, you will be invoiced for a second delivery.
This option is dependent on my availability but I will do my absolute best to accommodate!
Best for those who need very specific delivery windows. If we decide local delivery does not work for you, we will arrange appropriate shipping options.
Can I order for multiple people in one order?
Yes! Simply add the sizing photos for the respective person to their specific set when adding to cart.
If buying for more than 2 people, please contact me to discuss group orders before ordering.
Nails, Sizing & Material
How long do press-ons last?
With proper sizing, prep, and application, Frenchie x Femme press-ons can last up to 3 weeks.
Results vary based on your lifestyle. Avoiding excessive water exposure and using your nails as tools is key. Using good quality nail glue or tabs can also extend wear significantly
Are the nails reusable?
Yes! That's one of the biggest perks of high quality press-ons. Just remove them gently after soaking in warm soapy water or cuticle oil, file off old adhesive, and they're ready to wear again.
Most sets can be reused 3–5 times with proper care.
Store them in your acrylic nail case for safe keeping.
How does sizing work?
I use the Quarter Method
- Send me photos of your nails with a quarter for reference and I will virtually size your nails.
If a nail is between sizes, I will always size up as you can always file down the sides slightly for the perfect fit. Too small will be painful and is not adaptable. - I do my best to pre file the nails to your nail with and cuticle shape but at home customizations before application are encouraged! Just be careful not to file off too much of the polish.
- If a size is drastically off please email me with a picture so I can make it right.

I’m a returning client, do I have to submit sizing photos every time I order?
Nope! After your first order, your sizing profile will be saved in my records.
If you want to request any alterations to your profile or general notes for future orders just contact me through my contact form!

If there’s a product (particularly a gel polish color) you absolutely need on your set which I don’t currently keep in my supply - contact me to discuss. There may be a small product sourcing fee associated with such requests which would be invoiced to you.
