Refund policy

SECTION 1. POLICY OVERVIEW

By completing a purchase through Frenchie x Femme ("I," "me," "my"), you acknowledge and agree to the following All Sales Final Policy in its entirety. This Policy is binding and constitutes a material term of every sale.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made.


SECTION 2. BASIS FOR THIS POLICY

This policy is established and enforced for the following reasons:

2.1 Sanitation & Hygiene

Press-on nails are a personal-use cosmetic product applied directly to the body. Once a product has been shipped and/or received, it cannot be verified as uncontaminated, unused, or sanitary. Accepting returned press-on nail products poses a direct hygiene and health risk. For the protection of all customers and in accordance with standard cosmetic industry practices, all sales are final upon shipment.

2.2 Handmade & Custom Nature of Products

Each Frenchie x Femme product is individually handcrafted and made to order. Every set is unique and created specifically as a one-of-a-kind item. Handmade products cannot be restocked or resold once they have left my possession.

2.3 Custom Sizing

Where applicable, products are fitted to custom sizing specifications provided by you at the time of purchase. Custom-fitted products are created exclusively for you and have no resale value. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of any sizing information submitted.


SECTION 3. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase with Frenchie x Femme, you expressly:

  • Acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to this All Sales Final Policy prior to purchase;
  • Accept that all sales are final and irrevocable upon payment;
  • Understand that no return, refund, or exchange will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with color, style, sizing error attributable to you, or change of mind;
  • Accept sole responsibility for reviewing all product descriptions, photos, and sizing guides before completing a purchase;
  • Understand that this Policy is conspicuously disclosed prior to purchase and constitutes a material term of the transaction.

SECTION 4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

The only circumstance in which a full refund will be issued on a standard order is if the order is cancelled before production begins. Production timelines vary by order. Please refer to current processing times listed at checkout or contact me at frenchiexfemme@gmail.com to confirm whether production has begun before requesting a cancellation. Once production has begun, cancellations will not be accepted and the All Sales Final Policy applies in full.

Custom Orders

Custom order cancellations are subject to a separate process. A $65.00 deposit is charged at the time of a custom order. If you decide not to move forward with a custom set during the design process, your deposit will be refunded minus the cost of design time already invested. Once production has begun on a custom order, no refund will be issued and the All Sales Final Policy applies in full. The amount withheld for design time will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation and is determined at my sole discretion based on the work completed up to that point.


SECTION 5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

While all sales are final, I stand behind the quality of my products. In the rare event that you receive a product that is:

  • Materially defective due to a craftsmanship error; or
  • Incorrect as compared to your confirmed order details,

please notify me in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Photographic evidence of the issue must be provided at the time of notification. I reserve the sole discretion to assess reported issues and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund, replacement, or store credit. This provision does not constitute a general return or refund right.

Please note that minor variations in color, finish, or design inherent to the handmade nature of my products do not constitute a defect. Each Frenchie x Femme set is one of a kind, and natural variation is an expected and celebrated characteristic of handmade goods. Additionally, colors may appear differently depending on your device's screen settings and should not be considered a defect.


SECTION 6. SHIPPING, LOST PACKAGES & ADDRESS ERRORS

For full details on shipping methods, rates, and delivery timeframes, please refer to my Shipping Policy. The following terms apply where shipping intersects with this Policy.

Damage in Transit

I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping and handling by the carrier. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, responsibility for its safe delivery transfers to them. Standard shipments include carrier coverage of up to $100.00 for damaged packages. If your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please file a claim directly with the carrier. I am happy to assist by providing documentation such as proof of shipment or packaging photos to support your claim. Contact me at frenchiexfemme@gmail.com for assistance.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows your package as lost or significantly delayed, please file a claim with the carrier directly. I am happy to assist with documentation to support your claim. I am not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Once tracking reflects a successful delivery, my responsibility for that shipment is fulfilled. If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered after a confirmed delivery scan, please contact your carrier and/or local authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If you realize you have submitted an incorrect address, please contact me immediately at frenchiexfemme@gmail.com. I will do my best to update your address before your label is printed and your order is prepared for shipment. Once a label has been printed and your order is packaged and ready to ship, address changes can no longer be accommodated and I am not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.


SECTION 7. PAYMENT DISPUTES

I take customer concerns seriously and encourage you to contact me directly at frenchiexfemme@gmail.com before initiating any payment dispute. In many cases, I am able to resolve issues quickly and to your satisfaction.

Please be aware that this Policy is disclosed prior to purchase and constitutes a material term of your transaction. In the event a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, I reserve the right to respond by submitting documentation of your agreement to this Policy, including purchase records and order disclosures. I also reserve the right to decline future orders from any customer who initiates a dispute that is inconsistent with the terms of this Policy.


SECTION 8. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

I reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective upon posting at frenchiexfemme.com. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase shall govern your transaction.
