The trade name "Frenchie x Femme," associated logos, product names, and any distinctive branding elements are the property of Frenchie x Femme. Unauthorized use of any such marks is strictly prohibited.
You may not, without my prior written consent:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Site;
- Use any Frenchie x Femme content for commercial purposes, including resale, advertising, or promotion of any third-party product or service;

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FRENCHIE X FEMME AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE; (II) ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN SITE CONTENT; (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF MY SERVERS OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; OR (IV) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF I HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This disclaimer applies regardless of the legal theory on which any claim is based, including contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. Your sole remedy in the event of dissatisfaction with the Site or its content is to discontinue use of the Site.
SECTION 3 – PRODUCT SAFETY, SANITATION & ALLERGIC REACTIONS
Frenchie x Femme press-on nail products are cosmetic accessories intended for external use on the fingernails only. By purchasing and using any Frenchie x Femme product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
3.1 Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
The materials used in Frenchie x Femme products vary by set and may include, but are not limited to, gel, nail adhesive, glitter, rhinestones, pigments, and other decorative elements. Some products used in production may contain HEMA (hydroxyethyl methacrylate) or other acrylates, which are known to cause allergic reactions or skin sensitivity in some individuals. Full ingredient information for every product used may not be available, as formulations vary by brand and product.
CUSTOMERS WITH KNOWN ALLERGIES, SENSITIVITIES, SKIN CONDITIONS, OR ANY CONCERNS REGARDING PRODUCT MATERIALS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY AT FRENCHIEXFEMME@GMAIL.COM BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. I am happy to discuss materials used in a specific set to the best of my knowledge. By completing a purchase without first making such inquiry, you confirm that you have either (a) independently assessed the suitability of the product for your personal use, or (b) chosen to proceed at your own risk.
I am not liable for any allergic reaction, skin irritation, contact dermatitis, injury, or adverse response of any kind resulting from the use of my products, regardless of whether material information was requested prior to purchase. It is your responsibility to inquire before purchasing if you have any concern.
3.2 Application & Use
I do not apply products to customers directly. All application is performed by you or a third party of your choosing. I accept no liability for any injury, damage, or adverse outcome resulting from improper application, misuse, or use of third-party adhesives or tools not supplied by me.
3.3 Sanitation
All Frenchie x Femme products are handmade and handled with care in a clean environment. However, I make no warranty, express or implied, as to the sterility of my products. Press-on nail products are personal-use cosmetic items. You are responsible for sanitizing products prior to application in accordance with your own hygiene standards. I shall not be held liable for any infection, illness, or adverse health outcome arising from the use of my products.
3.4 Nail Glue
A Frenchie x Femme branded nail glue is included with every nail set purchase and with the Deluxe Maintenance Kit. This product is sourced from a third-party manufacturer and is not formulated by Frenchie x Femme. By accepting and using the included nail glue, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- The nail glue contains ethyl cyanoacrylate, which bonds skin instantly and may cause skin irritation, contact dermatitis, or allergic reaction in some individuals.
- The nail glue is for external use on the fingernails only. It must not come into contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or broken skin.
- In the event of skin bonding, do not force or peel apart. Seek appropriate medical guidance if needed.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- I am not liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or damage resulting from misuse, improper application, or failure to follow the safety instructions included with the product.
- As the product is sourced from a third-party manufacturer, I am unable to guarantee the availability of full safety data beyond what is disclosed on the product label. Customers with known sensitivities to cyanoacrylate adhesives should not use this product and should contact me at frenchiexfemme@gmail.com prior to purchase to discuss alternative application options.
- By using the included nail glue, you expressly assume all risks associated with its use and agree to hold Frenchie x Femme harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising therefrom.

Nothing on the Frenchie x Femme website, social media platforms, or in any communications from me constitutes legal, medical, financial, dermatological, or any other form of professional advice. All content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only.
Specifically:
